| "Earth 6". "I worked in multiples with the earth theme using: watercolour, ink, collage, string, gold leaf, and lacquer. My inspiration has been the dry riverbed with pebbles and trails left behind by small creatures, the minerals and elements below the surface and the flowers that fall to the earth in a constant cycle of seasons. The addition of string in 2 of the multiples represents the human influence and introduction of human-made materials that affect the earth". |
